Hello! I'm Allana Black, Director of Operations for Everett Wealth Management, bringing more than 25 years of experience serving clients in the financial planning industry. For over 15 years, I have worked with Kestra and National Financial Services (NFS), and since 2017, I have had the privilege of working alongside Mitch Everett to support the needs of our clients and their families.
As Director of Operations, I oversee the firm’s daily operations, client service processes, account administration, and compliance initiatives. My focus is on ensuring EWM operates efficiently, maintains the highest standards of service and regulatory excellence, and delivers a seamless experience for every client. I am committed to fostering strong client relationships and supporting the systems, processes, and team members that help our firm serve clients with excellence.
A resident of Jackson, Tennessee, I work from our Medina office but proudly serve clients across both our Medina and Nashville locations. Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my family and being “Nonna” to my grandchildren, who are my pride and joy!
